Tufts Medical Center, Boston, MA – The Division of Gastroenterology-Hepatology, Department of Medicine seeks a full time academically oriented Board Certified Hepatology Director to administer and manage our complex tertiary referral liver disease program. Candidates should have strengths in cholestatic liver disease, hepatitis B and C, liver failure, cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis, and pre- and post-transplant care.
The Division offers state-of-the-art advanced endoscopic procedures for various gastrointestinal disorders. We have a close working relationship with the Liver Service of the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, near Tufts, which performs the liver transplants on our patients with end-stage liver disease. GI staff has an active role in education and teaching in our Gastroenterology fellowship and Internal Medicine residency programs.
