Reporting to the Regional Chief Nursing Officer, this position will have the responsibility of descent service lines or departments to support hospital outcomes. This executive provides the direction and support require to deliver high patient outcomes and patient satisfaction through staff engagement. The position works with nursing, physician and other health care professionals to develop and guide clinical services to excellence. The role must be able to develop, implement and execute labor and financial management plans and operations.
