The Administrative Resident is a one-year opportunity working with the CEO and senior leaders of the Vanderbilt Hospitals and Clinic. This position will gain broad exposure to an academic medical center and develop a better understanding of operations, finances, physician services, and patient care services while working on various in-depth projects.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 1 year experience
Preferred qualification: active student in a master's level program with graduate level degree in business or healthcare administration and a minimum of one year of work experience in a related field.
