Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Department of Medicine/Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology seeks applicants for a fourth-year advanced hepatology fellowship dedicated to further training in transplant hepatology beginning July 1, 2019. Qualified applicants will have the opportunity to train in a busy academic transplant center learning to manage patients pre and post liver transplant with emphasis on evaluations, immunosuppression management, and peri-operative management. Besides clinical training, the applicant is also expected/encouraged to pursue scholarly activities involving participation in multidisciplinary conferences, research projects related to advanced hepatology, and quality improvement.
