NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks a visionary leader to serve as the Division Head of the Division of Gastroenterology.
The successful candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience, be a master clinician with an emerging national presence and a proven track record of clinical and fiscal program leadership, growth and development. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and collaborative leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team of well-respected clinicians. Special interest and expertise in Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy is a plus. Qualified candidates will be proposed for an academic appointment at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.
The NorthShore Division of Gastroenterology is comprised of more than 50 board certified physicians who provide our patients with the highest quality of care. The new Division Head will lead the strategic growth and delivery of patient-centered clinical programs, innovative research and continued academic expertise. Additional responsibilities include clinical patient care, teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows and protected research time as appropriate.
