Position Summary:Position will provide oversight on our DEAP accreditation for outpatient diabetes education, help inpatient department achieve TJC for inpatient diabetes education as well as provide support to educators/patients and front line staffResponsible for the planning, marketing and administrative functions of a state-wide specialty outreach clinic/extension services program. Assist with the development of specialty outreach clinics and other extension services for areas where specialty services are needed that UNMHSC physicians can provide.
