RN Clinical Lead ICU Full Time Days Position Summary

Plans and implements the overall nursing policies, procedures and services in conjunction with the Nursing Director; assists in the daily management and scheduling of the Intensive Care Unit. Uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish objectives with a focus on education and accountability. Supports all activities according to policy and procedures, philosophy, goals and mission statement of Hilton Head Regional Medical Center.

THE RN CHARGE ICU FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education:

1. Current State of South Carolina nursing license
2. BSN preferred

Experience:

1. Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience
2. ICU/CVICU experience required
3. Previous experience with the management of post-op CABG/valve patients preferred
4. Impella experience preferred
5. Previous managerial/supervisory experience preferred

Other Qualifications:

1. Current BLS certification
2. Current ACLS Certification
3. CCRN preferred
