Atlantic Health System is seeking a Part-time clinician at Morristown Medical Center for the Out-patient Behavioral Health unit to work varied hours.

Ability to work partial schedule from home available.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting clinical and risk assessments of adult with both medical and behavioral health issues, complete evidenced based screening tools, conduct individual and family sessions, therapeutic process groups for patients with similar medical concerns such as post partum or diabetes.
• Development of individualized treatment plans, ability to complete all documentation requirements as per Joint Commission, CMS and State regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or other behavioral health related field required

License/Certificaitons:

• Clinical License Required; LCSW, LPC or Licensed Psychologist

Relevant Experience:

• 2-3 yrs+ medical and behavioral health experience
• Previous outpatient clinical setting preferred
