Summary

Hilton Head Regional Physician Network seeks primary care focused Nurse Practitioner to provide chronic condition management such as CHF, COPD and diabetes for busy outpatient primary care practice with a Family Medicine Physician located on Hilton Head Island in coastal South Carolina. Hours are full-time, Monday through Friday.

Day to day would involve performing comprehensive, problem-focused history and physician exams in office, interpret and correlate laboratory and diagnostic procedures. Interpret and correlate subjective and objective data to formulate a differential diagnoses and establish a working diagnosis. Formulate a treatment plan within scope of practice. Exercise judgment on problems requiring consultation, referral or evaluation by supervising primary care physician.

Education

Required: Master�s Prepared Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner

Certifications

Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy. RNP License; BLS
