Highlights of the Position

• Outpatient practice model with walk-in clinic, evening and weekend hours at the Sayre Pediatric Center
• Collaboration with Pediatric Hospitalist Nurse Practitioners (PHNP's) at Robert Packer Hospital, providing back-up on call coverage shared with Family Medicine and Pediatrics attending physicians, 1:6 or less
• Part of a physician led multi-specialty group practice with a fully integrated inpatient/outpatient EHR
• Robust EHR used in all areas (EPIC 10-Star health system, top 1% of EPIC Organizations)

Work Life Balance

• Excellent work/life balance offering a 4 day/week outpatient practice 
• Generous paid time off annually, in addition to holidays and sick time
• Outpatient telephone on-call schedule will be 1:10; 8 am - 8 pm with an answering service picking up at 7:30 pm

The Guthrie Clinic is a non-profit, integrated, practicing physician-led organization in the Twin Tiers of New York and Pennsylvania.
