Description
The University of Michigan Department of Internal Medicine is seeking candidates for a faculty position in the Division of Genetic Medicine. Join our highly collaborative team to provide patient care in our Adult Medical Genetics Clinic and Cancer Genetics Clinic (in-person and by telehealth) and teaching of trainees. The ideal candidate should have an M.D. or D.O. degree, postgraduate clinical training, and experience in Genetic Medicine. They should hold or have the ability to obtain the appropriate medical licenses in the state of Michigan. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team of clinicians and researchers are essential. The candidate should provide evidence of clinical competence and competence in clinical and didactic teaching. Candidates with research track record, research vision and a vision on new avenues of genetic care delivery are particularly welcome.
